Healthy Life Nutrition (I personally love to say Healthy Life Nutrition) is as the above definition but with more depth into what the right amount or each nutrient should be supplied into the body so as to create the right balance as well in a whole and thus they can keep up a healthy life. Therefore, healthy nutrition is called also balanced nutrition.Why do we need healthy nutrition?
Healthy Nutrition is needed for our body for 3 main benefits:- Creating energy or power for our body and all its organs to do activities and function as they should.
- Enabling our body to grow
- Repairing worn out tissues or cells.
Therefore the primary objective of healthy life nutrition is to keep our health up.
Healthy Nutrition for Healthy Cells
There are many harmful substances in our living environment. Everyday the cells of our immune system have to battle against various harmful substances. Hence our body would need clean water, balanced nutrition or healthy nutrition and sufficient oxygen to maintain the healthy cells.What are the consequences from lacking healthy nutrition or diet?
